Which items do we accept?
We are generally interested in authentic bags, jewellery and accessories by the designers LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL, Dior and Hermès (other designers on request), provided they are in mint to good condition and fit into our range.
We do not stock items with nicotine odours or musty storage odours.
Please note that we only authentische Artikel accept authentic items and ask you to be sure of the authenticity of your item before you send it to us. If the item is not deemed authentic by our experts, it will be returned to you at your expense!
Consignment
This particularly attractive option offers the opportunity to offer your designer treasure for sale at BASELLE for a significantly higher price.
We do all the work and you can sit back and relax in the meantime. As soon as the item has been successfully sold, you will receive your payout.
Buyout
BASELLE offers you an uncomplicated and trustworthy purchase, so that you will be paid immediately upon successful inspection of the goods.
We check the goods for authenticity and condition within 24 hours of receipt and then pay out the agreed proceeds.
Trade
Have you found a designer treasure at BASELLE and do you want to get rid of your own at the same time?
Then trade-in is the ideal solution. The procedure is exactly the same as for "Sell to us".
Any surpluses will be settled immediately as with the purchase. In the event of a surcharge, this can be settled using the payment options offered via our online shop.
